Particular requirements for fans (KC 60335-2-80) will be harmonized with relevant international standards (IEC 60335-2-80). The main modification is as below. 1. Marking and Instructions for ceiling fans and fans incorporating motors containing brushes (Clause 7) 2. To add the requirement for Stability and mechanical hazards of pedestal fans and table fans(Clause 20.102) 3. To add the requirement for suspension system of ceiling fans(Clause 22.102) 4. To add the requirement for maintenance of the earthing circuit after the appliance ceases to operate due to live and neutral brush wear (Clause 27.3)
