内容简述: 韩国计划对“食品添加剂标准和规范”进行修订:
1)新制定肠溶性食品补充剂生产用羟丙基甲基纤维素的标准和规范;
2)修订甜菊糖苷与酶改性甜菊糖规范:添加瑞鲍迪甙E、M、N和O至待测定的化合物组中;
3)修订硅酸钙使用标准,允许将其用于生产食品补充剂;
4)允许在婴幼儿食品中使用以下11种氨基酸:
L-丙氨酸、L-天冬氨酸、L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐、L-左旋谷氨酸、L-左旋谷酰胺、L-甘氨酸、L-组氨酸盐酸盐、L-赖氨酸、L -赖氨酸盐酸盐、L-脯氨酸、L-丝氨酸;
5)添加食品法典确认的以下24种食品添加剂功能类别:
醋酸、DL-丙氨酸、阿拉伯胶、醋酸钙、碳酸钙、氯化钙、硫酸钙、巴西棕榈蜡、天然氯化镁(海水)、双乙酰酒石酸和脂肪酸甘油酯、改性食物淀粉、冰醋酸、脂肪酸甘油酯、葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯、瓜尔胶、卵磷脂、卡拉亚胶、刺槐豆胶、氯化镁、硫酸镁、甲基乙基纤维素、脂肪酸聚甘油酯、乳酸钾、维生素C;
6)修订以下九种食品添加剂的分析方法:
磷酸二氢钙、磷酸一氢钙、磷酸铁、焦磷酸铁、α-半乳糖苷酶、乳凝酶、氧、聚醋酸乙烯酯、磷酸甘油钾。

  Description of content: The Republic of Korea is proposing to amend the "Standards and Specifications for the Food Additives":
  1) The standards and specifications of Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose who is used for the production of food supplements dissolved in intestines are newly established;
  2) The specifications of Steviol Glycoside and Enzymatically Modified Stevia are revised:
  Rebaudioside E, M, N and O are added in the group of compounds for assay;
  3) The standards for the use of Calcium Silicate are revised to use it for the production of food supplements;
  4) 11 amino acids such as following are allowed to be used in baby and infant foods:
  L-alanine, L-aspartic acid, L-cysteine hydrochloride, L-glutamic acid, L-glutamine, Lglycine, L-histidine hydrochloride, L-lysine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-proline, Lserine;
  5) The functional classes recognized in CODEX for the following 24 food additives are added:
  Acetic acid, DL- Alanine, Arabic gum, Calcium acetate, Calcium carbonate, Calcium chloride, Calcium sulfate, Carnauba wax, Crude magnesium chloride (sea water), Diacetyltartaric acid and fatty acid esters of glycerol, Food starch modified, Glacial acetic acid, Glycerin esters of fatty acids, Glucono-δ-lactone, Guar gum, Lecithin, Karaya gum, Locust bean gum, Magnesium chloride, Magnesium sulfate, Methyl ethyl cellulose, Polyglycerol esters of fatty acid, Potassium lactate, Vitamin C;
  6) The analytical methods for the following nine food additives are revised:
  Calcium phosphate dibasic, Calcium phosphate monobasic, Ferric phosphate, Ferric pyrophosphate, α-Glalctosidase, Milk clotting enzyme, Oxygen, Polyvinyl acetate, Potassium glycerophosphate.
