Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Procedures for Establishing of Livestock Farms with the aim of Export, Import and Carrying Out High-Risk Activities"
Ukraine informs that the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Procedures for Establishing of Livestock Farms with the aim of Export, Import and Carrying Out HighRisk Activities" (notified in G/SPS/N/UKR/167) was adopted on 19 April 2022 (Resolution No. 478), published on 27 April 2022 and will be effective since 21 March 2023.

Comment period:(If the addendum extends the scope of the previously notified measure in terms of products and/or potentially affected Members, a new deadline for receipt of comments should be provided, normally of at least 60 calendar days.
